COMMERCIAL CLARITY

Questions buyers usually ask.

Clear licensing protects both the organization and the platform as teams grow.

Who counts as an active user?

Every enabled dispatcher, administrator, supervisor or responder account with operational access. Public QR requesters and external viewers do not count as licensed users.

What's the difference between the three tiers?

Location Access is presence-only, with no mission workflow. QR Code Missions adds QR-triggered mission creation and status tracking. Full Mission Management adds role-based dispatch, assignment, escalation and reporting — built for dispatcher and supervisor roles. Organizations typically mix tiers by role.

What changes after the first year?

Each tier's launch-year rate becomes its standard renewal rate from year two: Location Access moves from $5 to $8, QR Code Missions from $10 to $15, and Full Mission Management from $25 to $35 per active user per month. The setup fee is not charged again.

Can users be added during the contract?

Yes. Added users are prorated for the remaining annual term. Reductions are reflected at the next renewal.

Is a pilot available?

A time-limited evaluation pilot may be agreed before official adoption. Scope, users and evaluation period are confirmed with the organization.

What may require a separate quotation?

Bespoke integrations, extensive historical data migration, onsite travel, custom hardware, bulk printing and unusually high third-party map, messaging or API usage.
