How TrainMedi handles information submitted through its website, commercial enquiries and payment process.
Information we may collect
TrainMedi may receive contact name, business email, telephone number, organization, billing information, product interest, order and licence information, support communications and technical information reasonably required to provide a purchased product or service.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, process orders, verify payments, issue licences, deliver products, provide support, maintain security and audit records, meet accounting or legal requirements and communicate material service information.
Payments
Online card payments should be processed through an approved payment service provider using hosted or tokenized payment technology. TrainMedi does not require customers to send full card numbers or CVV codes by email or contact form and does not intentionally store those credentials on the TrainMedi website.
Service providers
TrainMedi may use service providers for website hosting, communications, payment processing, accounting, security or product delivery. Information is shared only to the extent reasonably required for the relevant service and subject to the provider's terms and applicable requirements.
Local customer deployments
Some TrainMedi products operate locally within a customer's environment. Data entered into a local deployment is not automatically transmitted to TrainMedi unless the product, integration or customer agreement expressly provides for such transmission. The customer remains responsible for local user access, device security, retention and lawful processing of its personnel or operational data.
Retention and security
TrainMedi retains business records for periods reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, accounting, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your requests
Subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements, customers may contact TrainMedi about access, correction or deletion of personal information held directly by TrainMedi.
