Built for small private hospitals
TrainMedi Operational Dashboard™ Local Server Edition
One operational picture. Every shift.
Bring staffing, census, patient flow, workload, pending actions and handover into one locally controlled workspace—without replacing your HIS.
- Fully local server
- Unlimited authorized internal users within the licensed scope
- No routine cloud dependency for daily use
Illustrative operational data only
The missing operational layer
Your HIS records care. This coordinates the shift.
Small hospitals do not need a complex enterprise command centre to improve visibility. They need one dependable place where the day’s pressure can be seen, understood and converted into action.
Pressure becomes visible.
Roles align.
Information connects.
Action follows.
Operational command view
Everything the shift needs to stay connected.
Built around the real coordination work between nursing operations, patient flow and hospital leadership.
Census & capacity
See occupancy, available capacity and unit pressure in one current view.
Staffing & assignment
Make coverage, workload and assignment gaps visible before they become disruption.
Patient flow
Coordinate expected admissions, discharges, transfers and procedures across the shift.
Pending actions
Keep unresolved work visible, owned and carried forward until it is closed.
Handover continuity
Give the next shift the operational picture—not another disconnected list.
RUISA™ coherence
Read separation across roles, users, information, situation and actions.
Fully local by design
Your hospital. Your network. Your data.
TrainMedi Operational Dashboard runs on a server inside the hospital and is accessed through the internal network. Daily operations continue without depending on an external cloud.
Hospital-controlled data
Operational information remains within the organization’s environment.
Works across local devices
Authorized teams connect through their existing desktops and tablets.
Controlled updates and backup
Updates, recovery and support follow an agreed hospital process.
No routine patient-data transfer to a TrainMedi cloud is required for daily operation of the standalone edition.
Born from real operations
Developed on the shift. Not in isolation.
The dashboard evolved through continuous charge-nurse use, handovers, huddles and daily operational pressure—not from a generic software template.
Powered by the RUISA™ Framework
See separation before it becomes failure.
RUISA™ reads how roles, users, information, situation and actions connect under pressure. The dashboard turns that framework into a practical operational view for every shift.
Coherence under pressure.

Common questions
Clear boundaries.
Practical answers.
Does it replace the HIS or electronic medical record?
No. It sits beside existing clinical systems as an operational coordination layer for the current shift.
Does hospital data leave the local server?
The standalone edition is designed for local hosting and internal-network access. Any future integration or remote-support arrangement is separately approved and governed.
How many people can use the dashboard?
The hospital licence includes unlimited authorized internal users within the licensed facility and agreed scope.
Can the dashboard match our current workflow?
Yes. Units, roles, operational fields and views are configured during implementation. Larger custom development is scoped separately.
