TrainMedi Operational Dashboard™ Local Server Edition

One operational picture. Every shift.

Bring staffing, census, patient flow, workload, pending actions and handover into one locally controlled workspace—without replacing your HIS.

  • No routine cloud dependency for daily use
Powered by the RUISA™ Framework

Illustrative operational data only

The missing operational layer

Your HIS records care. This coordinates the shift.

Small hospitals do not need a complex enterprise command centre to improve visibility. They need one dependable place where the day’s pressure can be seen, understood and converted into action.

Born from real operations

Developed on the shift. Not in isolation.

The dashboard evolved through continuous charge-nurse use, handovers, huddles and daily operational pressure—not from a generic software template.

Powered by the RUISA™ Framework

See separation before it becomes failure.

Common questions

Clear boundaries.
Practical answers.

Does it replace the HIS or electronic medical record?

No. It sits beside existing clinical systems as an operational coordination layer for the current shift.

Does hospital data leave the local server?

The standalone edition is designed for local hosting and internal-network access. Any future integration or remote-support arrangement is separately approved and governed.

How many people can use the dashboard?

The hospital licence includes unlimited authorized internal users within the licensed facility and agreed scope.

Can the dashboard match our current workflow?

Yes. Units, roles, operational fields and views are configured during implementation. Larger custom development is scoped separately.
