License tiers

RUISA ClinicZones is licensed per active user, at one of three tiers confirmed on the order: Location Access, QR Code Missions, or Full Mission Management. Current tier definitions and rates are shown on the ClinicZones pricing page. An organization may mix tiers across roles within the same license — for example, Full Mission Management for dispatchers and supervisors, QR Code Missions for field responders.

What happens after payment

Once payment is confirmed by the payment gateway, TrainMedi's licensing server verifies the confirmation and issues an invoice/receipt together with the signed product license for the order. The organization then receives activation instructions by email.

Delivery timing

For standard subscription orders, license activation is issued automatically once payment is confirmed — typically within minutes, and no later than the next business day. Orders that include a setup/implementation package follow the implementation timeline agreed during operational discovery, even though license access itself may be issued immediately.

Activation

An organization administrator receives instructions to set up the account, invite licensed users, and complete initial configuration. Access for individual users becomes available once the administrator assigns their account within the licensed user count.

What's included

Every ClinicZones license includes dispatcher web command-centre access, responder mobile application access, standard cloud hosting and product updates, and operational support, as described on the pricing page.

What may require a separate quotation

Bespoke integrations, extensive historical data migration, onsite travel, custom hardware, bulk printed materials, and unusually high third-party map, messaging, or API usage are not included in standard licensing and are quoted separately if needed.

Delayed or failed delivery

If payment is confirmed but license activation is not received within one business day, contact [email protected] with the order/invoice number. This is handled under the same review process described in the Refund, Cancellation & Digital Delivery policy.
